Bookkeeping Services Disclosure

Purpose

This form serves as an acknowledgment that the participant listed above has chosen to engage bookkeeping services with a Contracted Coach affiliated with Boomin University’s Book It to the Bank program.

Program Coverage

As part of the Book It to the Bank program, Boomin University will cover up to $500 in bookkeeping services provided by approved contracted coaches. Any services beyond this $500 limit are the sole financial responsibility of the participant.

Independent Contractor Acknowledgment

• The bookkeeper is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of Boomin University.
• Boomin University does not guarantee, endorse, or assume liability for the quality, timeliness, or results of services provided by the coach or their company.
• Any service agreements or payments made beyond the covered $500 are between the participant and the coach/company directly.

Disclaimer of Liability

Boomin University is not responsible for any disputes, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from bookkeeping services rendered by the coach or their company. Participants are encouraged to review and enter into a separate agreement with the coach/company outlining service terms, deliverables, and payment expectations beyond the covered $500.
